Reckless was founded at the start of Hellfire Citadel from a group of friends who had been playing together for a long time. We got tired of players that did not put as much effort into the game as we did. We wanted to create something with a great environment that people could spend the rest of their wow career being a part of. We value teamwork, dedication, and motivation to down the present content. Our favorite quote is“If you want it bad enough, you will find a way. If you don’t then you will find an excuse”.This quote is our environment narrowed down into words. Our raiders always strive to be the best they can be and sacrifice their time and effort to the team for the short raiding schedule we sustain.

Trialing with Reckless
Trialing with reckless places you on a 3 week trial that could take longer or could be shorter depending on variables during the trial time. The following are examples to what we look for in players:
Strong desire to play and progress your character as well as a team based attitude.
Putting the team's needs over your own.
Being active in game and in discord.
Open communication to players in the guild.
Skill within raids. Strong numbers with exceptional mechanics.
Constructive/Positive attitude that can handle progression.
Raiding in Reckless is a commitment that many other people have made to each other. We value each other's time and push so that none of our time together is wasted. The number one rule in reckless is that nocall/no shows are not allowed and will not be tolerated. We live in a world where cell phones are everywhere and able to be accessed every day. Every single person who raids is sacrificing their time to do so and you as a raider should appreciate that. We understand Life Happens. If you are not going to be able to come to raid make you post in the attendance channel on discord ahead of time so you are not penalized.
What is expected of the Team:
Be 15 minutes early and in Discord.
Have all relevant consumables ready.
Have your bonus rolls before raid time.
Be focused on the tasks at hand and know the bosses before we attempt them.
If you are sitting make sure you are ready to come in at any moment's notice by being in discord and watching the stream.
Make sure to tell us if you afk random afks will result in an immediate bench slot.

In Reckless, we use a loot council to distribute the loot in such a way that the group excels further in progression. In the new personal loot system when a player loots a piece of gear they need nothing needs to be said. When a player recieves a piece of loot they dont need or want to pass to someone for a larger upgrade then they must wisper the officer designated and trade them the piece. That piece is counciled off to the best recipicant of the piece. Each council member places a vote for players that select the appropriate need response in the RCLootCouncil Addon. Loot council members cannot vote for themselves or see the votes of others before the vote is cast. Raiders Should Always Set a Note for Every Piece of Gear they roll on describing how you would use it. So to break down the loot buttons within RCLootCouncil:
Regular item roll options.
Optimal Stats / BIS – the pieces that are best in slot for you, or have optimal stats for you.
Upgrade/TF/Socket – if the piece is a direct upgrade but not BIS, or a proc based upgrade from your current piece.
Stat Swap – for items that are stat swaps but not a direct ilvl upgrade.
